Ingredients:

- 1 cup curd (yogurt)

- Salt, to taste

For tempering:
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 8-10 curry leaves
- 2 green chilies, slit
Recipe:
- In a bowl, mix oats flour, semolina, curd, ginger paste, green chili paste, and salt. Add water to make a smooth batter.
- Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes. Add fruit salt and mix gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased steaming tray and steam for 12-15 minutes.
- For tempering, heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies. Pour over the dhokla.
- Cut into squares and serve with mint chutney.
