Ingredients

  • 2 raw bananas, boiled and mashed
  • 2 tbsp Singhara or Kuttu flour
  • 1 small green chili, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  • Rock salt (Sendha Namak), to taste
  • Oil or ghee, for frying

Recipe

  1. In a bowl, combine mashed raw bananas, Singhara or Kuttu flour, green chili, cumin powder, black pepper, and rock salt.
  2. Mix well and shape the mixture into small kofta balls.
  3. Heat oil or ghee in a pan and deep-fry the koftas until golden and crispy.
