Indian Snack Idea: Mini Uthappam Bites

Bite-Sized Brunch Idea Turn your dosa batter into a delicious and colorful brunch!
These mini uthappams are made in a paniyaram pan and topped with a medley of veggies, making them perfect for kids or party platters.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dosa batter
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
  • Curry leaves
  • Oil for cooking

Recipe: 

  1. Heat a paniyaram pan and lightly grease each mold with oil. 
  2. Pour spoonfuls of dosa batter into the molds and top with chopped veggies and a curry leaf. 
  3. Cover and cook on low flame until the bottoms are golden and the tops are cooked through. 
  4. Flip if needed and cook for another minute. Serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
