These mini uthappams are made in a paniyaram pan and topped with a medley of veggies, making them perfect for kids or party platters.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup dosa batter
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
- Curry leaves
- Oil for cooking
Recipe:
- Heat a paniyaram pan and lightly grease each mold with oil.
- Pour spoonfuls of dosa batter into the molds and top with chopped veggies and a curry leaf.
- Cover and cook on low flame until the bottoms are golden and the tops are cooked through.
- Flip if needed and cook for another minute. Serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
