Ingredients:

  • 1 cup thin poha (flattened rice)
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt, sugar, and green chili to taste
  • Optional: mustard seeds and curry leaves tempering

Recipe: 

  1. Rinse poha lightly and let it rest in a bowl.
  2. Mix in onions, coconut, green chili, lemon juice, sugar, and salt.
  3. For added flavor, you can temper mustard seeds and curry leaves in oil and pour over.
  4. Let it sit for 10 mins before serving.
