Ingredients:

  • 1 cup moong sprouts, ground
  • 2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt, to taste
  • Oil, for cooking

For mint dip:

  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 small green chili
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste

Recipe:

  1. In a bowl, mix ground moong sprouts, gram flour, chopped onion, green chili, cumin seeds, and salt. Add water if needed to form a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladle of batter, and spread evenly.
  3. Cook until golden on both sides.
  4. For the dip, blend mint, coriander, green chili, lemon juice, and salt.
  5. Serve chilla hot with the mint dip.
