Ingredients:
- 1 cup instant oats (ground to a powder)
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped carrots or capsicum
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- Salt, turmeric, chili powder to taste
- A pinch of baking soda (optional)
- Oil for greasing
Recipe:
- Mix ground oats, curd, and water into a thick batter.
- Add chopped veggies, spices, and baking soda if using.
- Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour the batter like pancakes.
- Cook on both sides till golden brown.
