  • Fresh coriander, chopped
  • Ghee, for cooking

Recipe:

  1. In a bowl, mix the soaked sabudana, mashed potato, Singhara/Kuttu flour, green chili, cumin seeds, rock salt, and chopped coriander.
  2. Knead into a soft dough and divide it into small portions.
  3. Flatten each portion into a round thalipeeth shape on a greased plastic sheet.
  4. Heat a tawa and cook the thalipeeth with ghee until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with curd or vrat-friendly chutney.
